Sales Tax 
No Sales Tax will be added to your order.
Minimum Order
There is no minimum order fee.
All special sale prices are final and are excluded from all further discounts. All product information and prices are subject to change without notice. Action Lighting™, Inc. reserves the right to add or remove items at our discretion. Action Lighting™, Inc. will attempt to contact the customer with changes, while reserving the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Payment Policy
All orders must have a valid Credit Card when placed: Visa, MasterCard, American Express,  Discover or PayPal. Existing accounts with Net Terms will be processed according to the terms and conditions of your Credit Agreement Letter. Late Fees will be added to past due open accounts. Failure to pay according to the Credit Agreement will result in account returning to Credit Card status.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Order Revision: Once an order has been processed, any additions will be processed as a new order. If you provide a current email address when placing your order, you will receive a confirmation that your order has been received into our system. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation directly from the shipping carrier that includes your tracking number.
Shipping Services Available
For online orders to anywhere in the US, we ship via UPS; Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Or Overnight.  These are pre-paid and added to invoice.  If you need an overnight order or Saturday Delivery, please call us at 406-586-5105. Motor Freight is sent pre-paid and added to invoice. For online orders to Canada, we ship via UPS Ground, Worldwide Standard, Worldwide Express, Worldwide Express Plus, or Worldwide Saver.  These are pre-paid and added to invoice.
For online international orders outside of the U.S. we do not calculate the shipping charge online.  Once you place and pay for your order, we will process the order, calculate shipping charges and contact you for approval. We will not ship or charge your card for shipping until you have approved the transaction.  If you have questions, please contact us at 406-586-5105.
International Orders
Please be aware that your order may be subject to additional charges for duties and taxes by the destination country. These charges are beyond Action Lighting’s control.  By placing your order, you agree to pay any and all taxes and duties which may apply. If you refuse delivery of shipment, you are responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties, and taxes;  in this case, all such return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes will be billed to the method of payment used. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.
Orders received after 12:00-Noon will ship the following business day. While we make every effort to get your packages to you by your desired date, we cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your package. Please note neither the shipping company nor Action Lighting, Inc. can accept responsibility for delays due to weather. Shipping rates are determined by total weight and dimensions of the packages and the zip code of the destination. We use current UPS shipping tables to determine cost of shipping. The shipping rate quote in the shopping cart is an estimate and is valid for most orders. However, occasionally there may be other fees involved, including Residential Delivery and/or items being oversized or overweight. All Orders Ship F.O.B. Bozeman, Montana.
Online Orders
All shipping charges are calculated for your location. On occasion, it is less expensive to ship our larger items via motor freight.  If you feel that the shipping price calculated by the website is wrong, please give us a call and we will be happy to check for you. 
Inventory availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to backorder. We encourage you to place your holiday orders early to guarantee delivery.
Return Policy
Action Lighting has the following Return Policy:
  • Please call Customer Service (406-586-5105) or email for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Items returned MUST have an RMA# or they will be refused at the shipper's expense. All returns must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the RMA#.  Returns must be in the original un-damaged packaging or carton. A note describing the reason for the return must also be included inside each carton. The RMA# must be clearly written on the outside of all cartons being returned.
  • Returns received WITHIN 30 DAYS of Original Purchase Date will receive full merchandise credit or refund.
  • Merchandise ordered by a customer and returned within 1 year of the original purchase date WILL incur a 20% restock fee.
  • Returns made after 1 year of purchase date will not be accepted or given credit.
  • Special Order merchandise is NOT returnable.


Warranty Policy

Action Lighting has the following Warranty period:  1 year from the original date of purchase. 

Action Lighting warrants our products to be free from defects that cause them to fail under NORMAL use, following all included instructions, during the warranty period.  Should failures happen during this time, we will accept those defective or non-working products and replace them, refund the original form of payment or give merchandise credit based upon customer request.

Action Lighting Limits of Liability that void the warranty:

  • Deterioration due to normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by acts of nature.
  • Damage caused by impact with other objects, dropping, falls, spilled liquids, or immersion in liquids.
  • Damage due to electrical overloads or short circuits.
  • Damage caused by accident, improper care or negligence.
  • Damage caused by any other misuse, abuse, mishandling, or misapplication.

 Note On LEDs: 

  • LED technology is changing rapidly. LEDs are made in lots and sorted into bins based on wavelength ranges that achieve colors. Products ordered at different times may not have the same color appearance due to these variations. 
Damage or Shortage 
Thoroughly check your order upon arrival. In the event your order arrives with visible damage, document damage with delivery carrier. Call Action lighting to file damage claim. Report any shortage to Action Lighting within 5 working days of receipt, after 5 days shortage claims will be denied. Replacements will be shipped at no shipping charge.
Information gathered on our website is used for processing and shipping orders and for providing customer service. Customer service may include providing such things as literature, answers to questions or other requested information. We may occasionally use information for promotional reasons such as notifying you of new products or significant changes to our web site. We do not trade, sell or rent any personal or company information to other parties.
